Many discovered that an essential part of being human is having a sense of belonging to a group. Preferably, the more trust, acceptance, and appreciation the group provides its members in a caring and compassionate manner, the better for our health and well-being. One of the groups people spend the most time with during their lifetimes is the company.

“Diversity and Belonging in the New Workplace” offers some suggestions to constructively move from the margins of organizations to the center of attention.

In this e-Guide, readers will find three sections: "Finding Belonging in the Workplace;" "How Women Can Find Workplace Belonging;" "Disabled and Belonging in the Workplace." "Finding Belonging in the Workplace" takes a critical look at the extent to which we may be creating barriers to belonging to a group, with an eye toward regaining control of your experience in the workplace. "How Women Can Find Workplace Belonging" begins with the proposition that from the beginning of her experience in most companies, women have barriers to belonging to the "boy's club" that most men do not encounter.
